You will be able to rate a driver at the end of your trip. If you have any concerns, you can reach out to our 24x7 customer support through the AutoPilot app.

We do not allow any telephone bookings for drivers. All trip bookings need to be made on AutoPilot that you can access through the CARS24 app.
